Pasta Making Class and Competition

Roll up your sleeves and join us for an evening dedicated to one of Italy's greatest love languages: fresh pasta.

On Thursday, September 24 at 6 p.m., Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio will lead a hands-on class on the patio where you'll learn the art of pasta making, with plenty of spritzes to sip along the way. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or simply here for a good time, this class is designed for every skill level.

Of course, no Bicicletta gathering would be complete without a little friendly competition. Show off your skills for a chance to win awards for Fastest Chef, Best Looking Pasta and People's Choice. One overall winner will take home a magnum bottle—and, perhaps even sweeter, ultimate bragging rights.
