Pasta Making Class and Competition

Roll up your sleeves and join us for an evening dedicated to one of Italy's greatest love languages: fresh pasta. On Saturday, August 22 at 6 p.m., Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio will lead a hands-on class where you'll learn the art of pasta making, with plenty of spritzes to sip along the way.

Whether you're a seasoned home cook or simply here for a good time, this class is designed for every skill level. You'll make your own fresh pasta to enjoy during the evening, then head home with extra pasta and one of Chef Andrea's signature sauces to recreate the magic in your own kitchen.

Of course, no Bicicletta gathering would be complete without a little friendly competition. Show off your skills for a chance to win awards for Fastest Chef, Best Looking Pasta and People's Choice. One overall winner will take home a magnum bottle—and, perhaps even sweeter, ultimate bragging rights.
